You can only return items purchased directly from SunJour Healthcare Corporation for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment and a merchandise credit for opened item.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You must package the product carefully. We must receive the return within the 30-day period. SunJour Healthcare Corporation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject a return that does not comply with these conditions. Return Policy
We take pride in our products and our customer service. For that reason, your satisfaction is our highest priority. At checkout, please double check your order to be sure that you have chosen the correct product, or feel free to contact us if you are unsure. If you would like to return your product, you have 30 days to do so. Customers are ONLY responsible for the shipping charges incurred. When the returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive credit for the total of your purchase minus the freight. Delivery is a service and is, therefore, non-refundable. Open items are not eligible for a return.

Arrange the product pickup or drop-off

Once we receive the item, we will notify you by email.
Step 5
If validated, you will get a refund and a notification.
Please be sure that the item is returned in its original condition and that it is packed in its original boxes.
Products returned improperly will not be accepted.
Cancellations
We usually ship orders next day; if you choose to cancel your order after order has shipped, you will be liable for any shipping charges incurred as well as a 3% credit card processing fee.
