All SunJour Healthcare products are manufactured to meet our high quality standards. Most of our products are manufactured in Taiwan, Japan and the United States.

On the login page, please click on the “Forgot Password?” link and provide the email you used to create your account.
You can create an account by clicking on the “Not a Registered User? Create an Account” link. You will be prompted to provide an e-mail address and to create a password.
No, creating an account is absolutely free! You will only be asked to pay for any orders you purchase on our website.

There are three ways to access customer support:

1) By Phone: Call us at (212) 633-6433. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST).

Please be aware that if you contact SunJour outside of business hours, we will get back to you within the next business day. If the staff is not available to come to the phone, please leave a message with your name and callback number; your call will be returned within the same day or next business day. All of your questions and concerns will be answered.

My Orders and Returns

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. The tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped. You will receive an email with details regarding your shipment and delivery details.

30 Day Guarantee

Return any product for any reason within 30 days for a refund, except:

  • Opened/Used Items
  • Damaged Items (replacement may be shipped upon request)
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make a change to your order or request an order cancellation. If the shipment is already made before you have a chance to change the order, please contact us so we can figure out an arrangement. If the shipment is already made before you request an order cancellation, we ask that you ship it back within 30 days and we will make arrangements for a refund (minus shipping & handling).
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged. Do not open the box. You can ship it back to us within 30 days as you received it and we will ship a replacement.
